  • When installing a new device and before starting to use it. When traveling or when not using the device’s water for a long period of time, you must close the device’s feed valve and disconnect the power plug, as shown in the picture. If any smuggling occurs or any malfunction is discovered in the water desalination device, immediately (close the device’s feed valve and disconnect the electrical plug head with non-wet hands) and contact customer service or submit a maintenance request from the site with an explanation of the type of malfunction. the devise is not working
  • the reason:
  • The head of the power socket may not be connected to the power socket or there is no electricity.
  • The water supply valve to the appliance may be closed or the water in the house may be weak.
  • The low pressure switch may be disconnected or faulty.
  • The high pressure switch may be unplugged or faulty.
  • There may be a burnout in the transformer.


  • Solution method.
  • Connect the head of the electrical socket or check for electricity in the socket.
  • Open the water supply valve to the device, check the water pressure entering the device, and ensure that there is water in the upper house tank.
  • After confirming the connection, measure its resistance if there is a malfunction. Replace it.

  • Measure the voltage coming out of the transformer if it is burned out or weak, less than 24 volts. Replace it.



The device is working but has not yet started the water production process or the water production is weak.
  • the reason:
  • The set of three filters may be clogged.
  • The excess salt filter may be clogged.
  • The water pressure pump may have lost pressure.
  • It may be a fault in the transformer.
  • The solenoid valve may not be working.


  • Solution method.
  • Check out the set of three filters. If it is more than 6 months old or clogged, replace it.
  • Check the excess salt filter. If it is more than two years old or blocked, replace it.
  • Check and measure the water pressure coming out of the pump directly. If the pressure is weak, less than 95 psi, replace it.
  • Measure the voltage coming out of the transformer if it is weak, less than 24 volts. Replace it.
  • Check the solenoid valve, if it is not working, replace it.



The water tank is full, but pure water has not yet flowed or the flow from the bisbouzz is weak.
  • the reason:
  • The carbon granule filter may be clogged.
  • The water tank may not have enough air pressure or is leaky.


Solution method.

  • Check the carbon granule filter. If it is more than a year old or clogged, replace it.
  • Check the air pressure inside the water tank . The pressure should be between 6-8 psi while the tank is empty of water. If it is perforated, replace it (perforated means water coming out of the air filling and measuring coil).




The device has finished producing pure water and stopped, but the waste water has not stopped or the impurities filter gets dirty quickly.

  • The solenoid valve did not shut off the water supply efficiently.


  • Solution method.
  • Replace the solenoid valve and three-filter set and monitor the drain line water after replacement.
